Our Solution
Our idea is to make artificial gravity. The artificial gravity would get rid of almost every problem the body faces in space, such as muscle and skeloton loss, slower digestive systems, etc. To find out how fast the core needs to spin, you would need to use the formula Speed=Distance/Time.

It would be using centrifigul force and the friction of the moving space shuttle to keep the objects inside the space pod. This force would ensure that objects on the inside of the pod are
- Muscular System - Using the muscles in a normal gravity environment would ensure that the muscles are used well and are not weakened due to the low amount of use that you would receive in a micro-gravity environment.
- Skeletal System - With the normal amount of gravity, you would not loose any mass of bone. On a space flight, your bone mass will be lost at a rate of 1-1.5% per year.
- Digestive System - Using artificial gravity would ensure thus the organs inside your body are not moving around inside your body and being compressed in un-natural ways.
- Circulatory System - In space your organs not working as hard, so you must be in a normal gravity environment so that your heart and other muscles are working hard enough to maintain their stability.
- Immune System - The immune system is weakened in space because the body is trying to adjust to the difference's in environment and surroundings.
- Cardiovascular System - With the amount of gravity that is caused by our micro-gravity environment inside our space shuttle, the blood will not pool in the torso and head, and will instead flow to all the extremeties as normal.
